Mireille Delunsch, a stage director at the lyric soprano born in Alsace, France, near the German border, studied piano, vocal music and musicology. She was the most talented singer and made her debut as a singer at the French National Opera House with Mussorgsky's composition "Boris Godunov". The opera repertoire ranges from Monterverdi to Valleys, including Rameau "Plate" La Foley, "The Magic Flute" Pamina, "Don Giovanni" Donna Elvira, and "Così fan tutte" Fiordi Rigi. She plays more than 70 roles such as Mozart's major role, Italian opera such as Puccini "La Boheme", Verdi "Tsubakihime" and "Masked Butoh", and French opera such as Gluck "Alumindo". Since 1998, she has been invited to the Aix-en-Provence Music Festival in Southern France and has appeared in "Das Rheingold" conducted by Sir Simon Rattle. Based on her talent as a singer, she made her debut as a stage director at the Bordeaux National Opera with "Death of Cleopatre" and "Human Voice" in 2013, demonstrating her power as a director. Born in France, active in France and loving France, she is most focused on the French repertoire, introducing great songs unknown to her past works and newly created French music to the audience.
