Bassoon player, pianist and conductor Christian Kunert, born in Eslingen, southern Germany, began playing the piano at the age of six, and when he started playing the bassoon at the age of nine, his musical talent quickly blossomed and Bernd played the piano at the Würzburg University of Music.・ After studying under Professor Glemser and Professor Albrecht Holder under the bassoon, he received a gifted education and proceeded to Würzburg University of Music.
