Opening the door to studying abroad with American-style music theory

Authentic American music theory lessons from a music study abroad professional. A sure step forward to learn from a PhD instructor.
"To the world through music." This is not just a dream. Why not take the first step towards it with music theory lessons at And Vision International Music School (AIMS) provided by And Vision Co., Ltd.?
"Stephen Moererin's Music Theory Lessons for Studying Abroad in the US" will be held at the AIMS music school in Ochanomizu, Tokyo. It is a one-off special lesson that meets the needs of a wide range of people, from those who want to study abroad in music to those who want to learn music in depth. In the luxurious time of 1 minutes, you can learn authentic music theory while learning the technical terms actually used in American music universities in English.
The lecturer, Professor Steven Moerelin, is a talented musician who completed his doctoral studies in piano performance at the University of Nebraska Graduate School of Music. He has won numerous international competitions, including the International Liszt Competition, and is also highly regarded as a composer. It is worth noting that he has a deep knowledge of music theory, as shown by his doctoral thesis, "An Analysis of Sergei Prokofiev's Fleeting Visions, Opus 22," which was ranked in the top 25 in the United States for number of downloads.
With over nine years of teaching experience in Japan, Ms. Moererin has a deep understanding of the characteristics of Japanese learners. As a performer, she has also been active performing in various parts of the United States, including Nebraska and California, and has applied her experience to the field of education. As a composer, she has produced numerous works, including "Sonata for Flute and Piano" and "Suite for Violin and Cello."
Mr. Moererin, who is from the Midwestern United States, speaks standard English, which will be of great help to you in communicating in English when you study abroad in the future. In particular, you will naturally acquire the English expressions necessary for student life in the United States, from casual conversations in cafes to discussions with professors.
What makes this lesson special is that it goes beyond just explaining theory. The instructor, who is also a pianist, explains the theory while actually performing, which allows for a deeper understanding. In addition, the lessons incorporate knowledge gained from daily practice as a composer. Students can also receive practical advice on jazz harmony and improvisation.
Lessons are available to anyone with enthusiasm, from beginners to music college students and professional performers. Professor Moererin has experience teaching in the United States and has also worked as a graduate teaching assistant (GTA), so he can accommodate students at a variety of levels.
Music theory is not only the foundation for improving performance skills, but is also an essential element in cultivating the ability to compose, arrange, and improvise. Learning music theory in English is an essential step, especially for those who are considering studying abroad. For those who have the opportunity to perform in American churches in the future, we can also provide advice on arranging and composing hymns.
In addition to this music theory lesson, AIMS offers a comprehensive program including practical lessons in majors (instrumental and vocal) and language lessons. In the year-round course, we develop a long-term curriculum that allows for deeper learning, so if you feel the appeal of music theory in this one-time lesson, please consider continuing the lesson.
You can easily apply for lessons through the AIMS website. You can choose to have lessons in person or online, depending on your schedule. We are also available to answer any questions you may have after the lesson. AIMS's expert staff will support you in your dream of studying abroad in music.
We are currently offering a discount on the enrollment fee for the year-round course. Why not take this opportunity to start a new chapter in your musical life at AIMS music school? We are always happy to answer any inquiries or visits.
