Hall / practice room usage rules

  • Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in the building.
  • Please refrain from using fire, not only in the hall.
  • The use of the hall / practice room for those who are drunk is prohibited.
  • Equipment in the hall and practice room is subject to change without notice.
  • The hall is managed by a monitor camera.
  • Free internet access is available in the hotel.However, we are not responsible for any troubles caused by connection problems or use.Please be aware of this before use.
  • Setting and cleaning up are included in the hall / practice room usage time. (Please finish the performance etc. 5 minutes before)
  • If you find any damage to the equipment in the hall or practice room, please inform the staff immediately.
  • We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur in the hall or practice room, or damage to your equipment.
  • If the customer damages the equipment in the building including the equipment, we will claim compensation for the damage such as repair fee.
  • When moving the position of the hall equipment, please obtain permission in advance and return it to the specified position within the usage time.However, the piano cannot be moved.
